Swimming isn’t just about technique; it’s about power, endurance, and resilience. Our strength-biased conditioning class focuses on building a solid foundation of strength, agility, and core stability. Strong muscles enhance stroke power, turns, and overall performance in the water.
Fall 2024 Swimmers, join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00 am - 8:55 am starting June 4th so that we can focus on you. Strength and conditioning play a crucial role in enhancing swimmers’ performance in the water. We will focus on building strength in the core muscle areas for the upcoming swim year.
Class Dates: June 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27
We will run this in June and if it's successful continue on up to swimming season.
Strength Focus: Squat, Deadlift, Bench and Overhead Press, Pulling, Barbell Rows and Lunges
Conditioning Focus: Interval Training
Limit: 8 Classes
